Clubhouse
To rent the clubhouse:
The fee for the rental is $75.00, plus a refundable deposit of $100.00.

When confirmed for the reservation, the week before the rental, the HOA Board Member will contact you with an access code for the day.

The clubhouse must be cleaned upon leaving. Once inspected by the HOA Board Member for cleanliness and no damage, the deposit check will be destroyed.
The rental of the clubhouse does not include the use of the pool.
Lake & Walking Trail
Our wonderful walking trail give you a 1/2 mile of concreate pad walking trail. This trail follows around our lake and offers several spots throughout to take a break and enjoy nature.
Laurelwood lakes are not public for fishing. Homeowners can get a Lake Pass identifying them as residents of the neighborhood. Lake Pass lanyards must be worn while fishing.
Our lake is stocked and ready to be fished.
Fitness Center
Our neighborhood fitness center is located at our clubhouse. You must have a pool card and a door code to get access.
