Laurelwood Day
Laurelwood Subdivision celebrates our special day every year in May, typically the 3rd Saturday of the month. We gather to celebrate our neighborhood, time together and eating some GREAT food!

We serve hamburgers, hotdogs and LOTS of crawfish!
We enjoying having live music, tables set up, playing backyard games and socializing with neighbors!
Community Yard Sales
Laurelwood has a Spring community-wide yard sale on the 3rd Saturday of May each year before the Laurelwood Day Celebration.
Hours 7AM - Noon

Each Fall, on the first Saturday of October we have a community-wide yard sale along with a craft sale.
​
The craft sale is held at the Clubhouse greenspace and is open to any homeowner that wants to sell their handmade crafts.
Trunk or Treat
All our residents enjoy this event so much each year! We also have trick or treating on the 31 st as well, but this event typically happens a weekend or so prior to Halloween.
Everyone is invited to decorate their cars and/or trunks for all the visitors and have games and/or candy handouts as well.
We love seeing all the ghouls and goblins having a great time!
Pancakes with Santa
One of the events that Laurelwood typically hosts each year is Pancakes with Santa in our neighborhood!
We typically have a holiday feast with made to order pancakes complete with a full topping bar and beverages to enjoy for all.
The would not be complete without a visit from the man himself, Santa Claus!!! It’s whimsical fun and the perfect morning event to add a little awe and wonderment to a child’s day!
