To rent the clubhouse:
The fee for the rental is $75.00, plus a refundable deposit of $100.00.
When confirmed for the reservation, on the morning of the rental, the clubhouse manager will contact you with an access code for the day.
The clubhouse must be cleaned upon leaving. Once inspected by the clubhouse manager for cleanliness and no damage, the deposit check will be destroyed.
The rental of the clubhouse does not include the use of the pool.
