To rent the clubhouse:
Email your requested date to laurelwoodofmshoa@gmail.com and a reply will be sent to confirm the date you request is available.
Please print and fill out the Clubhouse Rental Application below.
The fee for the rental is $75.00, plus a refundable deposit of $100.00.
Place the form in an envelope along with your checks made payable to LWHOA.
Drop the envelope in the black drop box on the porch of the Clubhouse.
In the days leading up to your rental a Board member will email/text you the access code for the day.
The clubhouse must be cleaned upon leaving. Once inspected by the clubhouse manager for cleanliness and no damage, the deposit check will be destroyed.
The rental of the clubhouse does not include the use of the pool. The clubhouse does not have public wifi.

Please use this checklist before leaving to insure all areas of the clubhouse are ready for our next guest. Failure to complete this checklist may void the refundable deposit.
